15-62.5-02. Scholars program - Criteria and procedures
The state board of higher education shall adopt:
1. Criteria governing the application process;
2. Criteria governing the selection process, within the requirements of section
15-62.5-03; and
3. Procedures for providing fiscal control, fund accounting, and reports.
