16.1-15-07. County auditor not to refuse election returns if delivered in undirected manner - Informality in holding election. A county auditor may not refuse any election returns because they may have been returned or delivered to the auditor in a manner other than that directed by this chapter, nor may the auditor refuse to include any returns because of any informality in holding an election or in making returns thereof.
