16.1-15-38. Adjournment of state canvassing board
16.1-15-38. Adjournment of state canvassing board
The state canvassing board may adjourn from day to day, not exceeding three days in all,
except that the board may adjourn for the time necessary to await the return of a messenger
dispatched as provided in section 16.1-15-37.
