23.1-08-22. Exemption The provisions of this chapter, and the rules or orders authorized under the chapter, do not prevent an individual who resides on unplatted land in unincorporated areas of this state from disposing of that individual's normal household wastes on that individual's property, so long as doing so does not create a health hazard or nuisance.
