23.1-10-07. Releases from petroleum tanks
23.1-10-07. Releases from petroleum tanks
Releases from petroleum tanks are subject to this chapter, but the department may expend
moneys in the fund to address releases from petroleum tanks only if there are no available
moneys in the petroleum tank release compensation fund under chapter 23.1-12.
