23.1-10-17. Liability protections issued before August 1, 2021 This chapter does not affect liability protections related to releases or threatened releases of regulated substances issued by the department before August 1, 2021. These liability protections remain in effect, subject to any conditions that were imposed by the department and the statutes in effect on the date issued.
