23.1-14-07. Inspection, sampling, and analysis The department may, at reasonable hours, enter, inspect, and examine all places and property where antifreeze is stored or distributed for the purpose of taking reasonable samples of antifreeze for analysis together with specimens of labeling. The department shall examine promptly all samples received in connection with the administration and enforcement of this chapter and report the results to the owner and the registrant of the antifreeze.
