10-35-05. Amendment of the bylaws 1. Any shareholder of a publicly traded corporation may propose the adoption, amendment, or repeal of a bylaw. 2. Subdivision c of subsection 3 of section 10-19.1-31 shall not apply to a publicly traded corporation except that a provision of the articles or bylaws authorized by section 10-35-14 may apply to a proposal to adopt, amend, or repeal a bylaw.
