23-13-01. Definitions In this chapter, unless the context and subject matter otherwise require: 1. "Filling station" means all places of whatever character or description where gasoline, other inflammable liquids, or compressed natural gas are sold at retail for use in motor vehicles. 2. "Motor vehicle" means all vehicles, engines, machines, or mechanical contrivances which are propelled by internal combustion motors or engines. 3. "Person" means natural persons, partnerships, firms, associations, corporations, and limited liability companies.
