23-13-05. Penalty for failure to construct doors of public buildings as required All persons owning or having charge of any building described in section 23-13-04, including trustees and members of boards of directors and boards of education, shall see that the provisions of such section are complied with. Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of that section, or who builds, maintains, or permits to be used any building contrary to the provisions thereof, is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
