23-17.3-10. Information confidential Information received under this chapter by the department, through inspection or otherwise, is confidential and may not be disclosed except: 1. In a proceeding involving the question of license; 2. In a judicial proceeding, upon a court order; or 3. To a health or social services agency with specific responsibility for a patient's care.
