24-02-24. Participating county or municipality to be notified of opening of bids In the event that any county or municipality participates in and defrays the cost, or part of the cost, of any improvement to be made by the department, the director shall notify the board of county commissioners of the county so interested, or the proper city officials of any municipality, of the time set for opening bids.
