24-03-01. Preparation and adoption of standard plans and specifications The director shall prepare and adopt uniform standard plans and specifications for the establishment, construction, and maintenance of the state highways and bridges within this state. Such plans and specifications may be amended, from time to time, as the director deems advisable.
