10-06.1-21. Secretary of state to transmit information of noncompliance
10-06.1-21. Secretary of state to transmit information of noncompliance
If the secretary of state finds from the annual report that the corporation or limited liability
company is not in compliance with the requirements of section 10-06.1-12 or 10-06.1-12.2, the
secretary of state shall transmit the information to the attorney general and the governor.
