25-03.1-46. Rules and regulations - Preparation of forms The department shall, under chapter 28-32, adopt and enforce such rules as may be necessary for the implementation of this chapter. The supreme court, in consultation with the department, the associations of district judges and state's attorneys, and other affected organizations, is responsible for the preparation and the department is responsible for distribution of the necessary and appropriate forms to enable compliance with this chapter.
