25-03.2-10. Department may adopt rules
The department may adopt rules for the conduct of psychiatric residential treatment facilities
for children and shall adopt rules defining which professionals may provide clinical supervision
and review, and may develop, update, and sign an individual treatment plan within a psychiatric
residential treatment facility for children.
