25-03.3-16. Limitation on findings as evidence in criminal proceedings
Any determination made pursuant to this chapter regarding whether a respondent is a
sexually dangerous individual or has a congenital or acquired condition that is manifested by a
sexual disorder, a personality disorder, or other mental disorder or dysfunction is inadmissible in
any criminal proceeding against the respondent, including any criminal proceeding to determine
whether the respondent is fit to stand trial, incapable of forming requisite intent, or not guilty by
reason of lack of responsibility because of mental disease or defect.
