25-16.1-01. Definitions
25-16.1-01. Definitions
In this chapter, unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires:
1. "Department" means the department of health and human services.
2. "Provider agency" means an entity providing services to individuals with
developmental disabilities and licensed by the department to provide services.
