26.1-01-07.6. Medicare provider-sponsored organizations
The insurance commissioner shall adopt rules relating to provider-sponsored organizations
as defined in section 4001 of the Balanced Budget Act of 1997 [Pub. L. 105-33; 111 Stat. 312;
42 U.S.C. 1395 et seq.].
