26.1-05-35. Participation in clearing corporations and book entry systems - Rulemaking authority. A domestic insurance company may participate, subject to a written agreement with a custodian and subject to rules adopted by the commissioner regarding such participation, in clearing corporations and the federal reserve book entry system.
