26.1-22-22. Waiver of subrogation rights during construction The office may waive any right of the fund to recover for damage sustained by any structure as a result of fire or explosion caused by a contractor, its employees or agents, in the performance of a contract for the alteration of, or the construction of an addition to, a building insured under the fund.
