26.1-26.8-19. Approval of examination by commissioner - Contents Each examination must be approved for use by the commissioner and must reasonably test the applicant's knowledge as to the policies and transactions to be handled under the license applied for, the duties and responsibilities of the licensee, and the pertinent insurance laws of this state.
