26.1-36.6-02. Self-insurance health plans - Regulation The commissioner shall regulate the financial condition, integrity, and equitable administration of a self-insurance health plan established under chapter 54-52.1. All powers granted to the commissioner to regulate insurance companies and insurers under title 26.1 apply to the commissioner to regulate a self-insurance health plan.
