26.1-36-36.2. Noncustodial care coverage
An insurer offering convalescent nursing home, extended care facility, or skilled nursing
facility coverage under chapter 26.1-36.1 or 26.1-45 shall cover intermediate care confinements
in the same manner as skilled care confinements.
