11-09-37. County officers and employees to pay public moneys to treasurer All moneys received by an officer or employee of the county for the county or in connection with the business of the county shall be paid promptly into the hands of the county treasurer or the bank or trust company acting as county treasurer under the provisions of section 11-09-21.
