26.1-40-11.1. Juvenile's suspension of driving privileges - Nontraffic delinquent conduct. Insurers are prohibited from using or relying on a nontraffic delinquent juvenile's suspension of driving privileges under section 27-20.4-16 as a reason for canceling, denying, or nonrenewing the automobile insurance policy of the nontraffic delinquent juvenile offender or the parents of the nontraffic delinquent juvenile offender.
