26.1-57-07. Commercial transactions exempted Subsection 3 of section 26.1-57-03, section 26.1-57-05, and section 26.1-57-06, are not applicable to a guaranteed asset protection waiver offered in connection with a lease or retail installment sale associated with a commercial transaction.
