11-10-02.1. Employment of county surveyors
11-10-02.1. Employment of county surveyors
The board of county commissioners may employ a county surveyor to serve at the pleasure
of the board and such surveyor may be compensated on a per diem basis or otherwise as may
be determined by the board. The office of county surveyor may be combined with the office of
county highway engineer.
