These advances allow the Department to distribute Bulletins and Notices to the regulated community without incurring the costs imposed by hard copy. Because of the tremendous cost savings to Nebraska taxpayers in avoiding postage, printing, and processing costs, the Department has determined that after the date of this Bulletin, future Bulletins and Notices will be distributed by posting on the Department’s website at www.doi.ne.gov. The Department encourages insurers to forward a copy of this Bulletin to appointed producers and reminds all insurance producers and insurers to monitor the Department’s website on a regular basis.
