001 DEFINTIONS. 001.01 For purposes of this Rule: 001.04A “Electronic” means relating to technology having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic, or similar capabilities; and 001.04B “Electronic record” means information that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in paper form through an automated process used in conventional commercial practice. 001.02 A copy of the federal regulations referenced in this Rule is available as an appendix to this Rule at Title-45 chapter-5 APPENDIX.
