006. INELIGIBILITY DUE TO OTHER AVAILABLE ASSISTANCE. The applicant or recipient is ineligible if: (A) The applicant or recipient has available insurance, financial means or other available support programs to cover the cost of requested program services; (B) The applicant or recipient failed to apply for, failed to cooperate with the application process; or (C) The applicant or recipient failed to notify the program of services provided by other funding source and continued to bill for the same service on the same dates.
