464 NAC 1-010. CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS

010. CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS. To be eligible, caregivers must: (A) Be providing care or supervision of applicant or recipient with special needs without reimbursement or payment; (B) Need respite services; (C) Reside in the same home as the person with special needs or be providing care to recipient in the recipient’s home for a minimum of 4 hours per day Sunday through Saturday; and (D) Caregivers may not use respite services while engaging in employment activities.
