008 NON-EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. 008.01 The provisions of this Rule do not constitute the exclusive remedies which the Department may pursue or take against an active executive officer for violations of any state or federal laws, state or federal rules and regulations, or orders of the Department, which apply to the active executive officer.
