002 APPLICATION. 002.01 All applications made to the Department to convert from a mutual savings and loan or building and loan to a capital stock association are to follow the instructions outlined by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Form AC for transactions under 12 USC 1464(i) and 12 CFR 192. 002.02 One electronic copy signed with an approved digital signature or two paper copies, one with a manual signature, of Form AC are to be filed with the Department.
