004. GENERAL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS. 004.01 MEDICAL NECESSITY. Nursing facility (NF) clients must meet the medical necessity requirements in 471 NAC 1, and each client must be determined to meet nursing facility level of care (NF LOC) as specified in this chapter.
