012. SUBSURFACE TRACER STUDIES. Licensees performing subsurface tracer studies must: (A) Require all personnel handling radioactive tracer material to use protective gloves and, if required by the licensee, other protective clothing and equipment;(B) Take precautions to avoid ingestion or inhalation of radioactive tracer material and to avoid contamination of field stations and temporary jobsites; and(C) Not knowingly inject radioactive material into fresh water aquifers.
