047. RECORDS OF RADIATION PROTECTION PROGRAMS. This section addresses records of radiation protection programs. 047.01 RADIATION PROTECTION PROGRAM RECORDS. Each licensee or registrant must maintain records of the radiation protection program, including: (A) The provisions of the program; and(B) Audits and other reviews of program content and implementation. 047.02 RECORD RETENTION. The licensee or registrant must retain the records required by 180 NAC 4-047.01(A) until the Department terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring the record. The licensee or registrant must retain the records required by 180 NAC 4-047.01(B) for three years after the record is made.
