007. LICENSE REQUIRED. A person may manufacture, produce, prepare, acquire, receive, possess, use, or transfer radioactive material for medical use according to a specific license issued by the Department, NRC, or an Agreement State, or as allowed by 180 NAC 7-007. An individual may: (A) Receive, possess, use, or transfer radioactive material according to 180 NAC 7 under the supervision of an authorized user as provided in 180 NAC 7-018, unless prohibited by license condition; or(B) Prepare unsealed radioactive material for medical use according to the regulations in 180 NAC 7 under the supervision of an authorized nuclear pharmacist or authorized user as provided in 180 NAC 7-018, unless prohibited by license condition.
