057. BRACHYTHERAPY SOURCES INVENTORY. The licensee must: (A) Maintain accountability at all times for all brachytherapy sources in storage or use.(B) Promptly after removing sources from a patient or a human research subject, return brachytherapy sources to a secure storage area.(C) Maintain a record of the brachytherapy source accountability according to 180 NAC 7-103.
