091. RECORDS OF CALIBRATION OF INSTRUMENTS USED TO MEASURE THE ACTIVITY OF UNSEALED RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL. A licensee must maintain a record of instrument calibrations required by 180 NAC 7-029 for three years. The records must include: (A) The model and serial number of the instrument;(B) Calibration date;(C) Calibration results; and(D) Name of the individual who performed the calibration.
