009. MOTIONS FOR CONTINUANCE. Any party who desires a continuance shall file a motion with the Director of the Board. Such motion shall be in writing and it shall state the reasons why such continuance is necessary. All motions for continuance shall be filed at least five (5) calendar days prior to the date set for the hearing unless the party requesting the continuance can show good cause for the delay in filing. For good cause shown, the Director may grant a continuance. Source: Section 76-541 and 84-913
