1 NAC 3-011. Failure to Pass Exam and Review

011. Failure to Pass Exam and Review. When an Applicant is rejected for any cause, the unsuccessful Applicant shall be notified as promptly as practicable and informed of the reason or reasons for his or her rejection. Source: Section 76-542
