001. Notice.
Prior to March 1st of each even numbered year, the Director shall notify all persons currently registered under the Abstracters Act of expiration and shall at the same time provide Application for Renewal including a statement for the biennial fee for the following two-year period and that it will be due and payable on or before April 1st of the same even numbered year.
