003. Biennial Renewal Upon receipt of the biennial renewal fee in an amount which shall be not less than-ten dollars or more than two hundred dollars for a Certificate of Registration, and upon compliance with all applicable Rules, the Director of the Board shall issue a Certificate of Registration to each applicant whose registration is in full force. Such renewal shall be for the following two-year period beginning April 1st and ending on April 1st of the next even numbered year, unless cancelled, suspended or revoked by the Board.
