005. Reinstatement. Any Certificate so cancelled may, before July 1 of the year of expiration, reinstate the registration by submitting a late renewal application and appropriate fee. The fee for reinstatement shall be the same as the biennial fee but shall be increased by $10.00 for each month or fraction of a month the application and fee are delinquent. Upon receipt of the appropriate fee, approval of the application and approval of the completion of the professional development requirements, the Board shall reinstate said Certificate for the remainder of the two-year period.
