003 INSPECTION FEES. 003.01 Until January 1, 2026, the inspection fee is six and one-half cents per ton on all commercial feed distributed in Nebraska which is not distributed in packages of ten pounds or less. The six and one-half cent rate is due on the January 31, 2026 semi-annual statement that covers the period of July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. On and after January 1, 2026, the inspection fee is fifteen cents per ton on all commercial feed distributed in Nebraska which is not distributed in packages often pounds or less and is due on the July 31, 2026 semi-annual statement. 003.02 The annual fee for commercial feed distributed in packages often pounds or less is twenty-five dollars.
