002. PETITION FOR RULEMAKING. This section establishes the rules and regulations for a person or entity to petition for rulemaking to promulgate, amend, or repeal a rule or regulation regarding matters under the jurisdiction of the Commission. 002.01 The Commission hereby adopts the model rules of procedures for petitioning for rulemaking promulgated by the Attorney General pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-909.01, Title 53, Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapter 2, “Petitioning for Rulemaking,” including any amendments thereto.
