007. MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERSTATE RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT. An institution seeking to participate in an interstate reciprocity agreement must demonstrate compliance with all specifications of the agreement as identified by the member states, districts, and/or territories, including: 007.01. The financial soundness of the institution. 007.02. Whether such institution is accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. 007.03. Other requirements specified in the interstate reciprocity agreement.
