001. GENERAL INFORMATION. 001.01 Statutory Authority. This chapter is adopted pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 85-2422 et seq. 001.02 Scope of this Chapter. This chapter provides the procedures for the administration of the Guaranty Recovery Cash Fund. 001.03 Related Chapter. Chapter 7 of Title 281 of the Nebraska Administrative Code provides the procedures for the authorization of for-profit postsecondary institutions to operate in Nebraska. Copies of these related regulations are available from the Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education or can be found on the Commission’s website.
