REG-71-009 EDUCATION RECORDS OF THE PROPERTY TAX ADMINISTRATOR 009.01 The Property Tax Administrator will create and maintain education records for all certificate holders. 009.02 The records kept and maintained under this regulation shall be subject to the Nebraska public records statutes. (Neb. Rev. Stat. Sections 77-414 and 77-702, R.S. Supp., 2007.)
